So i bought my 13 year old son a dirtbike from motobuys back in November. It came pre-assembled some what.

So after finishing the assembly process, i let my 10 year old test drive it so his brother would not know about his Christmas gift. Well he made it for a very very short period of time and distance before the entire sproket, which came prebolted to the rear tire came completely off!! Let me remind you that this part of the bike came assembled from the factory!! The entire sproket came off of the brand new bike!!!

The entire housing busted at the place where the sprocket attatches to the wheel!!! Needless to say i have sent over 7 emails and 8 phone calls, only to get lied to by different people!!

I would never ever recommend anyone buy anything from these people!!! I'm seriously contemplating getting in touch with my attorney!!!

My name is jerry scott berry. I recently purchased a RPS 125 from you guys.

Anyways i had it put together and the very first time i had my 10 year old son test drive it, the sprocket came off at the spot where it is bolted to the hub assembly. Very very poor quality!!! I have it financed through pay tomorrow. I will be contacting them and sending pics and explaining to them what happened.

Here we are with a little more than 3 weeks until Christmas. What am i to tell my 13 year old about getting a dirtbike for Christmas? I am very much livid about this. I mean I've only made 1 payment so far on this bike, and i already hate it!!!

Not to mention i never received the so called free helmet!!! What am i to do?

Me and the wife was online around black Friday and seen a sale at motobuys a 110 cc kick start with clutch so we ordered it and financed it thru affirm had to putt down250.00 dollars and owe the rest and affirm approved us and said thay was waiting on motobuys to accept the contract after about week and a half thay did got notification it has shipped well it was dropped off and hid in the neighbors shed well Christmas morning we get it and my granddaughter opens it and it's a 58 cc mini bike not what we ordered at all !!! So she was really upset .we called customer service the next day and thay saying have to return it and thay gonna charge me for shipping.

I don't think so!

That is not what we had in our cart when we checked out .we have got scammed by moto buys thay got the money and sent what thay wanted to send we kn9w what was online advertisements. Motobuys needs to fix this asap .

I bought the Blazer 200xr it has not ran right since I bought it. It has 97 miles on it.

I have repeatedly contacted motorbikes only to be put through to a voicemail which nobody returns numerous emails which nobody got back to me I finally got through to a live person The guy was very rude and he put me through to another guy who was actually pleasant and sent me a carburetor however the carburetor was is not the problem The vehicle the go-kart still will not run I have again tried to contact them over and over and over via telephone via email via text to no avail I cannot get no one to help me or even tell me where I may be able to get this service at I would advise anyone not to purchase from this company as their customer service is not the best actually it's the worst of any customer service I've come across they do not return no emails no nothing once they get your money you're pretty much stuck with their junk and I say junk because that is what the blazer XR200 is junk I would like to have my money back but I can't even get nobody to answer the phone and tell me if I could have it serviced somewhere or or anything I mean I can get no response now they're very horrible customer service I would not recommend purchasing from any any of these guys ever again... I paid over $4,000 for something that we rode one day and it didn't even drive good then and it's been broke down ever since never to run again I want my money back and I think that's why they're avoiding me because they don't want to give my money back they was sure all eager to take my money but giving it back is a whole another story so buyer beware find another place with go karts this is not the place...!!!

Moto buys have now stopped me from contacting them I notified the Ohio attny generals office and they are going to contact moto uys because I filed a complaint with them hopefully moto buys will give me a refund and take this piece of junk go kart back.. keep going out there trying to buy a go-kart not the place after they get your money you're no longer important to them I I would say still clear of them go to family go cars go anywhere but do not go to motorbikes buy or beware again I say buyer beware do not go to motorbikes they have terrible customer service terrible turnaround time and terrible resolution options they just simply ignore you!!!
